The replicator crab is a greenish crab present with the Death Replicator in the alpha version of Ecco: The Tides of Time. It never made it to the final game. It is invulnerable to attack and cannot be killed unless the death replicator is destroyed.
Behaviour[]
While in combat with the Replicator, this crab can be seen scrolling across the top of the screen dropping exploding canisters. The crab acts in tandem with the Replicator and its movements mirror it. It cannot be killed but disappears upon the Death Replicator's destruction.
