The Dunkleosteus is an eel-like ancient creature found in the prehistoric levels of Ecco the Dolphin. They are the most prominent aquatic threat Ecco will face in this era. Both juvenile and adults can be encountered in the series. Like sharks they are aggressive and attack on sight.
