Deep Gate is the eighteenth level of Ecco the Dolphin in Sega CD. This level is the final CD exclusive level.

This stage is most notable for the barrel puzzle halfway. In order to go back up through a downwards stream Ecco needs to fill the barrel with air using a clam. Eventually the barrel will float up and Ecco can use it to get back up through the stream.
